🔄 Refund & Replacement Policy

We carefully check and pack every order before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re happy to assist with a replacement.

• Damaged / defective product: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
• Wrong product received: Contact us within 24 hours so we can arrange the correct replacement.
• Change of mind / wrong order: Refunds or replacements are not available.
• 📦 Unboxing Video: Please record a clear, continuous video without stopping or pausing. Show the parcel from all sides before opening. This may be required to verify damage or missing items.
• Replacement: After verification, a replacement will be arranged subject to product availability.
• Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, an appropriate refund may be offered after verification.
