🔄 Refund & Replacement Policy

We carefully check and pack every order before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Damaged / Defective Products: Contact us within 24 hours with clear photos and videos of the product and packaging.
• Wrong Product Received: Contact us within 24 hours so we can verify the issue and assist with a replacement.
• Change of Mind / Incorrect Order: Refunds or replacements are not available for change-of-mind requests or products ordered incorrectly by the customer.

📦 Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for complaints involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.

• Start recording before opening the parcel, while it is still completely sealed.
• Show the parcel clearly from all sides before opening it.
• Continue recording without stopping, pausing, or editing until the products are fully unpacked and checked.
• Videos recorded only after the parcel has been opened will not be accepted.
• Complaints without a valid, continuous unboxing video will not be accepted.

🔁 Replacement & Refund

• Replacement: Arranged after verification, subject to product availability.
• Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, an appropriate refund may be offered after verification.
